Balotelli, who on Monday made the posting on his website on Instagram, will be investigated by the Federation of Football Association (FA), write the #British media.
Later, the Italian 24 years old and wiped posting.
"I apologize if I offended someone. The post was intended to be anti-racist humor. Figure it out of context and has achieved the opposite effect, "wrote Twitter #Balotelli.
Liverpool has said he would speak with the striker who spent at the club from #Milan in August.
"We are aware of the posting which has already been deleted from the player," said a spokesman for Liverpool. "I will talk with the player about this issue."
Former senior official AF, Simon Johnson, who is now chief executive of the Jewish Council, said that Balotelli should be punished.
