Chelsea has bid for Strootman

Chelsea is seriously committed to signing with Kevin Strootman. The Daily Star reports that the Blues have offered 38 million euros for the midfielder of Rome. However, Italian media have not confirmed this information.

24-year-old is the main target of Manchester #United, so it is expected that very soon to bid by Red Devils, who can provide more. On the other hand, it was reported that Giallorossët will not allow removal of Strootman to summer time in order to receive more great offers.
